Duties and Responsibilities
Primary:
Sales: Sell automotive repairs and services to customers based on their needs, with integrity, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Secondary:
Administrative: Create invoices for clients using the company process, help process part orders/returns, dispatch repairs/parts needed.
Other tasks: Fill in on tasks as needed to maintain the flow of the shop. Examples could be: running a shuttle, checking out customers, cleaning the bathroom, picking up a part, or any other task that can be safely completed which is needed.
Qualifications
Prior automotive service sales experience, with quantifiable and qualifiable data to support prior sales success
Passionate about customer service and sales
Working computer knowledge
Basic Math Skills
Able to get in and out of vehicles without assistance
Valid driver's license

We are an independent shop that seeks to provide the residents and millions of tourists of Estes Park with quality, prompt, and honest repairs. We are looking for an automotive service writer/advisor that is passionate about customer service and sales that will allow us to serve more customers, improve the range of our service knowledge and expertise, and work well as a member of the shop’s team.
