Compensation: $80,000–$150,000 DOE

About the Role

Estes Park Tire & Auto is hiring an Automotive Technician & Mechanic for our Estes Park, CO shop. This opportunity is perfect for technicians living in Loveland who want a rewarding career in a family-owned, high-volume mountain shop with competitive pay and steady work.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and suspension systems on a wide variety of vehicles
  • Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
  • Use diagnostic tools to accurately identify and resolve vehicle issues
  • Communicate repair findings clearly with service staff and customers
  • Maintain detailed records of all repairs and parts used
  • Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on automotive technician or mechanic experience
  • Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and modern repair tools
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • ASE certifications a plus

Compensation & Benefits
